The Silent Intelligence (“TSI”) recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy and our policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, and safeguard any Personal Information you provide.

  1. You acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy by (1) clicking to accept or agree to the Privacy Policy, where this option is made available to You; (2) by clicking the “Contact Us,” “Get Started,” “Send,” or clicking a box that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or (3) registering for and/or participating in the Hackathon constitutes your acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including this Privacy Policy.
  2. The term “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify You, either alone or in combination with other information. TSI collects and stores the following types of Personal Information in relation to the Hackathon: (a) “Contact Information” is information you provide about yourself when contacting us (e.g. name, email, address, etc.); (b) “Self-Reported Information” is all other information you provide to us, and all other information, data, text, software, music, audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, which is generated and/or transmitted, whether publicly or privately, to or through TSI; and (c) “Web Behavior Information” is information on how you use any TSI owned websites (e.g. browser type, domains, page views) collected through log files, cookies, and web beacon technology.
  3. Our Privacy Policy sets forth the only expectations of privacy you should have in terms of usage of TSI’s websites, including the http://thesilentintelligence.com, or other systems. TSI does NOT sell or rent any Personal Information to anyone. TSI will never release Personal Information relating to Application Information or Self-Reported Information to any third party without asking for and receiving your explicit consent to do so, unless explicitly excluded herein or required by law. This Privacy Statement give us permission to: (i) collect Personal Information from you; (ii) to contact you; and (iii) to disclose any Personal Information about you. TSI may use Personal Information relating to your Web Behavior Information to for example measure website traffic trends. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that TSI is free to preserve and disclose any and all Personal Information to law enforcement agencies or others if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process (such as a judicial proceeding, court order, or government inquiry) or obligations that TSI may owe pursuant to ethical and other professional rules, laws, and regulations; (b) enforce the Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of TSI, its employees, its users, its clients, and the public. In such event we will notify you through the contact information you provided, unless doing so would violate the law or a court order. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of information over the internet, including your Personal Information, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks, or devices.
